Mould Shields crystal clear plastic curtain allows you to observe your moulding area, and monitor your parts production in progress. With an in-service life expectancy of 3 million cycles Mould Shields have a rapid payback based on scrap reduction and increased good production output.
As the mould opens and closes the Mould Shield correspondingly unwinds and recoils itself with each press cycle. Since Mould Shields are easily attached and removed as necessary, they can be quickly moved from press to press to meet changing production demands.
